Terms of Use
Last updated: October 7, 2026
These terms apply to the mobile app “Flasche, bitte!” (iOS & Android) and the online services connected to it. By registering an account you accept them. They are short — please take a moment to read them.
1. Provider
The provider of the app is the person named in the Imprint, where you will also find the contact details.
2. The game
“Flasche, bitte!” is a free collecting and village-building game. An account is required to play. An account is personal, may not be shared or sold, and is intended for private, non-commercial use only. One account per person.
The game is under continuous development. Content, rules, game values, rewards and features may be changed, added, rebalanced or removed at any time — including retroactively for existing progress where this is necessary for fairness or the continued operation of the game (for example when moving from a test phase to a later version). There is no entitlement to a particular game mechanic, a particular balance, or the permanent availability of the game.
3. Fair play
“Flasche, bitte!” only works if everyone plays with the same means. In particular, the following is prohibited:
- using bots, scripts, automation, emulators or modified app builds, and any direct access to the server interfaces outside the official app;
- exploiting bugs or loopholes, manipulating game values, time or location data;
- running multiple accounts to gain an advantage (for example gifts, referrals, market or combat advantages);
- manipulating Bottle Post: passing on, collecting or broadcasting other players' identifiers, or faking encounters (e.g. with modified apps, emulators or fake accounts). Stamps and rewards from such encounters can be reset.
In case of a violation or a reasonable suspicion, the provider may at any time and without prior notice reset game values, restrict features, and temporarily suspend or permanently delete the account. There is no entitlement to a refund, restoration or compensation in this case.
4. Virtual goods
Bottle caps, shards, bottles, HOLO bottles, fragments and all other game content are virtual goods without monetary value. They belong to the game, are not transferable, are not paid out and cannot be traded outside the game. They may be changed or removed as the game evolves.
5. Deluxe subscription
The optional Deluxe subscription is purchased, billed, renewed and cancelled exclusively through the App Store (Apple) or Google Play. The terms of the respective store apply to duration, price, withdrawal and cancellation; the provider does not receive any payment data.
The benefits connected to Deluxe are game content in the sense of sections 2 and 4: they may be adjusted, replaced, rebalanced or removed at any time, in particular if they disturb the game balance. The purchase creates no entitlement to specific, unchanging benefits — only to the “Deluxe” status for the paid period. If an account is suspended under section 3, the use of the benefits ends without refund; you cancel the subscription itself in the store.
6. Availability
The provider strives for stable operation but does not owe uninterrupted availability. Maintenance, outages or the discontinuation of the game are possible; a discontinuation will be announced in the app or on this website in good time where possible.
7. Liability
“Flasche, bitte!” is a free hobby project and is offered as is. In particular, the provider does not guarantee that the game runs without errors, remains permanently available, or that progress, virtual goods and save data are preserved. To the extent permitted by law, the provider is not liable for the loss of progress or virtual goods, for downtime, or for damage caused by using the game on your own devices.
Statutory liability for intent and gross negligence, for injury to life, body or health, and under the German Product Liability Act remains unaffected.
8. Changes to these terms
The provider may amend these terms, for example due to new features or changes in the law. Material changes will be announced in the app or on this website. The current version is always available at flasche-bitte.de/en/terms.
9. Final provisions
The law of the Federal Republic of Germany applies. Consumers keep the protection of the mandatory provisions of the state in which they have their habitual residence. Should any provision be invalid, the validity of the remaining provisions remains unaffected.
Information on how personal data is handled can be found in the privacy policy.
